That was my experience in Brookhaven. Google wired up new buildings but didn’t build out to other homes. AT&T did attach fiber to the pole by my house and I managed to convince them to install fiber. Moved to Roswell and my neighborhood is wired up with AT&T fiber except my street. Had to get Xfinity and my upload speed is crap.
